1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Catalyze Capital Management Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any segment of these clauses, you must immediately terminate platform access and cease using our advisory channels.


2. Website Usage

This platform serves as an informational catalog and communication portal for real estate acquisition, leasing, and advisory services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the portal strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use any automated scripts, web scrapers, indexing bots, or code extraction algorithms to harvest property listings or layout databases from this platform.


3. Property Information

The property registries, floor layouts, plot maps, and project specifications listed on our platform are for informational reference only. While we perform developer audits and verification protocols, the official listing documents registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA) override all site displays.

RERA Verification

All property acquisitions, land aggregation deeds, and commercial lease contracts must be verified independently by your appointed legal counsel prior to committing capital.


4. Intellectual Property

All visual layouts, brand identities, custom icons, typography styles, written content, technical scripts, and photography assets displayed on this platform are the exclusive property of Catalyze Capital and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress statutes.

8. Property Availability

Property listings, developer inventories, off-market configurations, and leasing blocks are subject to change, prior sale, or complete withdrawal without notice. A property displayed on our platform is not an active guarantee of its current market availability.


9. Pricing Disclaimer

Real estate valuations, transaction price ranges, commercial rental yield forecasts, and infrastructure cost estimates listed on our site are projected figures based on comparative market analysis. Final transaction terms are defined solely inside formal bipartite contracts between the purchaser and the seller.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from your platform usage are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation, arbitration, or legal proceedings regarding our advisory services must be initiated under the sole jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.


11. Agreement Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our absolute discretion, to block or terminate your license to use our platform and disable your contact portal access if we detect breach of these Terms or system misuse.
